Clan meeting summary 6/25/2016
Same as every week, we only need stone and wood for the upkeep. Id like to focus on bars from now on, as they take the longest. We need both of them, so lets knock them out as soon as possible. As of now we are 75% done with t7. Once we do finish, we will need 50 visitors to upgrade it.
Furthermore, we had 35 cappers last week, and over 50 visitors. Lets try to get over 40 cappers this week, and 60 visitors! Once we do get tier 7 no plots will be locked, so that will be great exp for everyone!
We now a lot more people, and we will start doing more events. When I see a full cc, or at least about 20 people on, ill try to host one myself. You are all welcome to host events yourself as well!
The way the clan works is that it relies on you all. Eventually more of you will rank up and join council, and in turn will host events, meaning we will have exponentially more events as time goes on. Right now we only have 2 people in council, but both of us will host enough events to keep you guys entertained, hopefully.
Since we have grown a lot, recruiting is no longer a massive priority, however it still needs to be done, and we still need your help. If you wish to recruit its very much appreciated, and with many members who will be kicked for inactivity, we will need new ones to replace them and continue doing events together. Once we get around 100 actives we can greatly slow down our recruitment so that we don't get too big, and relax a bit.
Please don't forget that this exists. We could use more mentors to help out, simply check out the related posts on the recruitment thread, and sign up if you wish. We also have a nomination thread in clan forums, so vote for those who help the most!
