Clan meeting Nov 4 2016 summary

Citadel:
Primary: Metal bars (~14k). & Precious bars (~5k).
Secondary: Minions are acceptable.
You can now cap with 1800 needed resources.
Events:
We are currently having an major issue with attendance. As it is never mandatory to attend any specific event, do keep in mind that not attending an event simply due to a lack of want or interest may be crippling to the larger events that do indeed require a certain number of players to operate. The more the merrier, quite literally. Please consider this.
As of now, events are mostly sporadic. Otherwise, consult Discord or forums for scheduled events.
As always, anyone can host. As you do, please post smaller events to forums.
Best times are 2-4pm est, and 8-10pm est.
Recruitment:
We've been at a recent deficit for incoming recruits to outgoing members. That being said, if you run into players who do not meet the clan reqs but are keen on joining, do invite them. Also, where possible, try to direct players to the forum/application before inviting them.
Recruiting will now award 2 pts instead of 1, while Mentoring remains 1 pt, for a total of 3 pts possible per recruit.
Additionally, if you have accrued any penalties from missing a cap or capping incorrectly, recruiting 3 members will now remove 1 penalty, which would allocate you 3 additional points.
Furthermore, we will be rewarding those who recruit this month of November with prizes as incentive that are TBA. The more you recruit, the greater the reward.
Other: Take a moment to note the qualities of this clan and the reason you joined. If you find yourself with a lack of interest towards events/capping/socializing, consider finding a clan that better suits your needs. We will continue to strive towards strengthening our clan community and bettering the environment it provides.
