And to answer your questions Shy... you are currently on a waiting list since recruitment is currently closed. Once recruitment re-opens, those on the waiting list either start their 30 day trials or they'll go straight to being an official member of the family (where you're placed once recruitment re-opens depends on if I've reached a decision). Now, there are a few things I look at to reach a decision. Maturity levels, how well you get along with others and vice versa, and if you follow our rules. I can tell you that you have green checkmarks on all of these things =)
