FA is "Family Assistant" abbreviated. Please keep this in mind as you will see "FA" used frequently.
A FA is a member who volunteers his or her time to take on an active role in the family to help the leader maintain it. It is important to note that FA's do not hold any special priviledges over other members. They simply volunteer some of their time to benefit Rakhi-Sunita.

It is important to note that you can change your job at any time. However, I would like to have at least one person at all times for a job like 'Family Event Team' for example. So, if you wanted to change your job but you're the only one on 'Family Event Team' then you would be asked to keep doing it until an interested member can step in.

So, what does it take to be a FA anyway?
--- An official family member (meaning that you have successfully passed your 30 day trial period).
--- Responsible (doing what is expected from you, letting Lady_Spyra know when you want to change jobs, or if you need to stop being a FA due to stress, real life taking over, etc). I want you to be happy always! =)

Family guides assist new members in game if the leader is not on. They are in charge of answering any questions a new member might have to the best of their ability, as well as making new members feel at home. Candidates for this job must be seasoned family members as well as knowledgeable about the Rakhi-Sunita Family.

>>>> Family Event Team
The family event team create and post weekly events. They are responsible for listening to what the family wants for events and creating events to reflect what they want (as long as it's within reason. For example, a GWD trip might not be possible). Candidates for this job must have good grammar, create the week's events by 10pm EST every saturday (the earlier the better though), and create events with the family's interest in mind always. Previous experience with creating/posting clan events is helpful, but not required.

>>>> Family Contest Team
The family contest team create and manage family skilling contests. They are in charge of posting details about a contest, allowing time for family members to sign up (a week minimum), as well as posting starting xp for those participating (and levels if keeping track of level gains too), and optionally posting updates throughout the contest. Candidates for this job must have good grammar. Previous experience with managing contests is helpful, but not required.

>>>> Thread Update Team
The thread update team posts when anyone in the family changes their display name, making sure the hall of fame (where quest cape owners and 99s are listed) is updated. Candidates for this job simply must have a keen eye to detail.

>>>> Unknown/General
Those that are listed here want to help, but are not sure what they want to do. They might also want to lend a hand sometimes, but don't really want to commit to anything yet.
