Hi Wicked Fury,
The council is aware that the recent idea of having an additional league added to the Main Ladder has come up many, many times. So, as discussed the council has decided to introduce a vote for a Mini warring-League to be added onto the Main Ladder. The information about the league can be found on page 1 (quick find code posted right at the bottom.)

If the vote is passed a Mini League Tournament will be done to determine the starting rankings of the ladder. Registration for the league tournament will at 8pm Gmt/4pm Est on Saturday, March 26th and will end on Friday, April 1st at 12 am Est.
Voting will last until 12 am Est time Saturday, March 26th.
