In the instance that the emperor is incapacitated, quits RuneScape, or retires, a new emperor will be chosen.

°••° The 3 kings and forums master will then forward one of themselves for the position of Emperor. The candidate in question will not vote for himself, but will abstain, leaving the decision to the remaining 3 Royal circle inhabitants.

°••° In the event of the Forums Master is incapacitated, quits RuneScape, or retires, a new Forums Master will be chosen. The new Forums Master will be chosen from the Forums team pool, a member of the clan in good standing, selected by the Royal Council. The selected member will be immediately elevated to the new position.

°••° In the event of a King being incapacitated, quits RuneScape, or retires, and new king will be promoted from the upper adviser. The lower adviser will then be promoted to upper adviser and a new lower adviser will be selected.

°••° There will a maximum of 7 generals within the clan. This will consist of the 3 Area Kings, the 3 Area King's Upper advisor, and the 1 Forums Master.

°••° There will be 1 Emperor, coming from one of the 3 Kings and Forums master's ranks. Succession will be chosen by a 2/3rd's majority vote amongst the afore mentioned leaders.

°••° For large scale issues, the Royal Council (consisting of the 3 Kings, Forums Master, and 3 upper advisors) will make a decision in a 3/4's majority vote. (that being a 4-7 minimum vote).
