The rules around events are pretty relaxed. Pre-EoC my old account was on a clan that kicked people for not posting on their forums at least once a week. Same went for events.

Most likely, especially the minigame oriented ones. Best parts of RS IMO.

Sure. I'm currently mapping out an efficient way to raise a new account that could help new players that lack the game knowledge to save hours and hours of their life grinding.
