Clan Information

Hello and welcome to Gotei 13 Squads a clan inspired by the Anime and Manga Bleach and a former now closed clan 13 Squads founded by Rocket G back in 2011 and closed in 2014. I decided to make a new Bleach clan in its memory and near image for all bleach enthusiasts.

We as a Clan do not require you to have a knowledge of the Bleach [by Tite Kubo], we don't need you to watch or to have watched the show (as we don’t take that much influence from it), however knowledge of Anime & Manga automatically gives you something to talk about that a lot of us have an interest in.

If you don't have an interest in the series or Anime / Manga in general and are just looking for somewhere to chill out, or for people to talk to then we have ample information about the Clan and it's Systems on this Thread that you can check out in order to fully understand how we operate.

Clan Rules

All of the following rules must be followed by all Clan Members:

[1]

~ All JagEx Game Rules must be followed.

[2]

~ All Rules set by the Captain of your Squad must be followed

[3]

~ No spamming in the Clan Chat and / or Forums*

[4]

~ Bronze Star+ (Seated Officers) must review Membership Application on the Recruitment Thread where possible.

[5]

~ A degree of respect must be shown to all Clan Members**

[6]

~ Clan Members with Alternative Account can only hold one rank at any given time all other accounts are listed as recruits or squad-less clan members. Failure to do so will result in expulsion from the clan

[7]

[~ Keep disputes and complaints off the Recruitment Thread.

[8]

[ ~ Try to avoid 'explicit conversation' within the Clan Chat if you must do it in your squads chat or through private messenger***

[9]

~ Under no circumstances are Clan Members allowed to directly ask for money or items from one another in order to avoid Scamming.

[10]

You must not ask your superior ranking members for a higher rank any clan person caught doing with first be demoted or repeat expelled from the clan.

Clan Rules and Regulations (continued)

The following details the Clan’s policy on Kicking:

Clan Members who hold the Rank of General (Gold Star/Squad Lieutenant) and higher can kick Clan Members by default. How this is done is detailed below.

Take screenshots of conversations, Forum posts, even if it’s Private Chat or Friend Chat, there are some things that are just out of order and these people need to be dealt with accordingly. If you take screenshots that fully justify your reasoning, then the likelihood of you receiving a warning is minimal unless the evidence is substandard. For advisements, a single screenshot is required to justify kicking someone, as long as it proved that they deliberately advertised one area that was listed above. Substandard evidence will result in you losing your position.

Under no circumstances will we support randomly kicking members due to personal issues unless they have broken the rules and its justified. Anyone found doing this will be kicked.

The Administrative Account which can be used only by the Soul King(s) or trusted clansman for emergency use such as Soul King account compromised, for updating of Soul King (s) and Central 46 Position(s) in event of unexpected or unexplained long periods of inactivity.

Silver Key Soul King:

The de-facto leader(s) of the clan who is the absolute authority in the clan who with the help of central 46 runs the clan. Excluding the first Soul King these are elected by Central 46 majority and the position sometimes shared between a few members.

Senior Central 46 members who been trusted with special responsibilities to carry out on top of the regular Central 46 duties. They usually the most trusted and organized members of Central 46 promoted due there performance or recommended by their peers.

Specific duties and positions include:

~ Forum Management - Responsible for running the clan thread and moderation in the clan's private forums.

~ Citadel Management - Responsible for running of the citadel organizing upkeep and setting targets for upgrades and anything else to do with the citadel.

~ Recruitment Leader - Responsible for guiding and mentoring the new recruits helping them find a squad, answering questions. and organizing recruitment drives.

~ General Oversite and Conflict Resolution - Responsible for moderating the clan chat and resolving conflicts.

~ Event Manager - Records the clan's event logs and organizing Clan wide events that all clansman can partake in regardless of squad allegiance fostering clan unity.

~ Soul Key Guardian - This clansman has special access to the admin account to protect the clan from inactive leadership or emergency situations such as Soul King or Central 46 members being compromised leaving the clan in potentially dangerous situations. It is this user that carries out the will of the Central 46.

Central 46

The general administrative council of the clan they help govern day to day operations in their respective departments. They can recommend promotions for lower-ranking officers who they feel have earned it. They have the power to veto a Captain's vote or appeal a promotion of a captain with enough votes and valid reasoning. They act as examiners for Captain proficiency tests. They hold tribunals for rule-breaking offenders of the clan and decide suitable punishments which can only be appealed by a unanimous vote of central or at the grace of the reigning Soul King(s).

Central 46 members are chosen from the ranks of Captains or Head captains based on contributions to the clan and their reputation.

The most senior captain of the Gotei 13 Squads, He/She has all the responsibilities and privileges of a captain along with mediation responsibilities, particularly making sure captains do not abuse their positions and remain active. The Head Captain also holds the deciding vote for anything the captains vote upon. The Head Captain can only be chosen from the current captain by a two-thirds majority vote and if not possible or vote result is unclear then Central 46 will choose a Head Captain in these scenarios.

Squad Captains

These are the Thirteen Squad Captains who can pick and choose who they want in their squads and what their squad focus is e.g PvM, PvP, Merchanting, Questing, etc. They also have their personal squad chat using their friend's list for events. They have complete authority over their respective squad's rankings and what each rank is expected to do or who can organize and run official events in their squad and can handpick their lieutenant their right-hand man or woman and together with the other squad captains they vote among their own for the Head Captain who oversees and represents the squads as a whole and their representative with the central 46. They also act as Clan Wars Leaders. They must pass a Squad Captain exam to attain this rank.

(Gold Star) General
:
Squad Lieutenant

A Squads second in command or adjutant, Handpicked by his Squad's captain to help them lead the squad. The duties and responsibilities are dependent on their squad's specialty but are expected to set a great example to both their squadmates and the clan as a whole. They also act as temporary captains if their squads are leaderless.

(Silver Star) Captain
:
3rd Seat

One of the most senior officers of his squad and his regular duties with being different depending on his squad and its specialty and active his superiors are. However, they like all Senior officers are expected to moderate his clan and play by example. Unlike most other seated ranks they can be two 3rd seats in a squad if the captain so desires.

(Bronze Star) Lieutenant
:
Senior Seated Offices

They are the senior officers of their squads holding seats 4 through 10. This rank doesn't have any special duties unless specified by their squad other than being the lowest rank we allow to process applications from the clan recruitment thread and invite other players into the clan when their application is accepted.

(Three Chevrons) Sergeant
:
Junior Seated Officers

They are the Junior officers of their squads holding seats No 11 through 20 as with other seated officers their role in the clan is decided by their squad's policy other than there is no specific duties that are expected of them.

(Two Chevrons) Corporals
:
Unseated Squad Members

Unseated officers are the lowest rank that can be held by members of a squad which is obtained upon joining a squad and usually doesn't have any required duties to fulfill and just expected to spend time acclimatizing to their squad and clan life in general.

(One Chevron) Recruit
:
Academy members

These clansmen are either New Recruits who haven’t joined a squad or awaiting approval of the Captain before officially joining a squad. If you leave or get expelled from a squad you will also end up back here until you find a new one. This rank is the designated rank of alternative accounts if you have any other accounts in the clan and clansmen who go inactive for a considerable amount of time will be removed from their squad demoted to here.
