If you are trying to form a clan and are looking for founders, the best place to post would be on the Looking for Founders thread.
Posting that you will reward those who do help you form your clan would be a trust trade. While trust trades are permitted ingame, they aren't something that can be advertised on the forums. With that said, should you still be looking for founders and want to reward those who help you form the clan, please organize anything with regards to payment ingame only. You can use the above mentioned Looking for Founders thread to help you find those who may be interested in helping you form the clan.
