I log on and I see someone was ranked higher than the bronze star they used to have....and I realzed I didn't promote him....nor did the Executor
NEVER CHANGE SOMEONES CC RANK W/O THE APPROVAL OF THE EMPEROR OR THE EXECUTOR......
or at least POST on the fourms why it was done....
