I am back.. My 138 is gone. so please kick it from the clan if it is still a member. My rank does not enable me to switch things at the citadel, Viper said he made it to where it would, but it dident. I can't add things for upgrade or anything, would be nice if i could just have my rank back so i can fix the citadel upkeep goals and whatnot since no one did like i asked them to in my post on page 124. Thanks

Jon, I edited what your new rank can do...I hope it is what can do in the cidital

NOTE I haven't spoken to Viper about the rank changes.....but just so you know I put FULL confidence in what he is doing....we will ALL need to be at the meeting he has planned just to find out what he is looking to do
