After and 83 hour work week....I was beat up and tired...and the 1st chance I get on I get a few pm's on how this clan is dying and were loseing members
I look at our member count EVERY day and were not loseing the mass of members people think we are....and more important
I have appointed OTHER leaders in the clan to HELP lead when I am away....or when Viper was away
Why events are not being held.....I know people don't want to go to them....and these are the same people that say we do nothing as a clan....so planned events get cancelled dur to lack of intrest....not the lack of trying to hold them
Many times I have asked in the cc what events people want....what intrests them....and I get little to zero responce....
This clan is OUR clan....it is NOT just mine alone...it is not up to Viper being here or not to make us active....WE need to work together to make this clan what WE want it to be....I appointed many leaders and I still have open spots in the council....NEVER in my past have I had this many OPEN leadership spots....and noone wishes to step up to fill them
If this clan has problems.....HELP fix them...don't just look to me or Viper to fix them all....WE need to fix them
were not all bad....our cidital has NEVER been lvl 3 in TSG....and we are...I am happy our cidital is doing what we set out to do in january...we have over 80 members (not all active or show up much) but we were 65 when I took over...were going in a direction that TSG didn't...but were not there yet
If your happy w/ a smaller clan that helps each other....I am fine w/ that
If you want to be a bigger clan 250 people or more that hold events every night 5 to 6 lvl cidital....I am fine w/ that as well
the format we have is for a LARGER clan...that is why we have so many leader spots...just think about what YOU want...and let me know
