The Darrk Side,
When I was around activity was incredible the clan was growing, I left for a period of two months and 3 days and return with the clan low on activity, Why? I thought we left behind people capable of holding their own and increase events, did I mean that much by leaving the clan drops? I do admit I carried the weight hardest of the clan. If my return is what needs to happen for the clan to see some elightment then it shall be so. I'm back and this coming week things will change! I'll be switching events due to a time fit to my own work schedule, I gave up alot of my valued time for the clan to grow in numbers. I held Bossing events, Mystery Box awards for members to feel they're spending their time for a reason in the clan.
During times of 5pm-6pm eastern the channel filled spots for a good 16 members now there is a limit of max 8-9 I've been watching closely in the past 3 days, I've hopped in and out for the past 2 months on my other bless account and seen low numbers. This isn't how I do things. Meeting with Staff Members and other rank holders will occur later next week at any given time I'll advertise the proper time when I get one. Time to re-work our foundations, all rank holders will be expected to least show up, on this MANADATORY meeting [Only if your online of course.] If you don't show up. I'll personally strip your rank for someone else more worthy. Let's make a change for the better!
Next week is a new start! I may sound abit pushy on my return, but all of you know me well it's just me.
