Using the following template is preferred and should be used. Your free form does not indicate world even though assuming clan world should be a given, depending on even types this could change. Also, some players may not be aware of preferred items to use for slayer. Example; Slayer Helm, Teleports etc. If you use the template, this information would be complete and would leave no room for question by your participants.
