What are rules 1 and 9 of this clan?1. Talk about whatever you want as long as it doesnt OFFEND a fellow member if it does the person offended can pm a high rank and the high rank will ask the offender to stop.

- Im coming back from "quitting", back in early 2014 when the clan, Bleach 13 Squads went into the gutter. Most of my friends/clan mates have disappeared. Im looking to jump back into things and join a new community to makes things fun. You guys caught my eye because there aren't many anime based clans out there at the moment.


*Edit* By the way, I just realized jagex new rule of waiting 7 days before joining a new clan. So if accepted, I guess Ill be a guest for a while.
