7) You must bump the thread AT least 5 times per week. Yes, we do keep track. Bumping an Ally's thread counts as 2 Bumps towards the weekly quota. Failing to bump at all will result in a demotion. Also, bump in 5 minute-intervals, no less otherwise it is spamming.
