As a clan we focus mainly on the social aspect of the game, but we also like to explore all other features of the game as well. We offer a fun, friendly atmosphere with many respectful clan members to help you along the way in your adventures of Gielinor.

Our main goal is to provide everyone who joins us with a fun, pleasant experience to ensure that all clan members remain at their best interest. Our clan has a strong core of leaders and fellow clan members who are always there to help assist you in any obstacle of the game.

Capping is not mandatory, but much appreciated. If you are someone who likes lots of free XP and weekly raffle rewards, please feel free to partake in Citadel activities.

1. Language and Messaging

1.1

Flooding is not permitted. This includes intentional spamming of useless messages that may cause difficulty to communicate within the clan chat.

1.2

Winterfell has a G-rated environment; there will be no inappropriate conversations allowed.

1.3

Flaming is not permitted. This only causes useless arguments and does not create a friendly environment for other clanmates.

1.4

Topics that consistently spark arguments or concern illegal activities are not allowed. This may include but is not limited to:

Begging is not permitted. Any sort of begging via clan chat, messaging or while representing the clan is prohibited and will lead to removal from the clan.

Inappropriate names are prohibited. Users with offense to their name will be excluded from the clan completely.

RuneScape rules are enforced at all times. Admitting to breaking any RuneScape rules via images, messages sent or other means is grounds for a ban.

In our clan, we like to base all of our ranks off of merit alone and since it is our sole purpose to make the game more fun and enjoyable for everyone who crosses our path, it is with our greatest desire to make that happen.

How do I earn ranks?

Simply by being active in the clan chat, following all clan guidelines and helping out where necessary, i.e., citadel, events and participation .

How will you decide if someone is eligible for a rank?

—

Promotions will be decided through the amount of activity a member contributes to the clan. That being said, there will be one day out of the week where all council members will get together to discuss promotions while going over our clan roster.

What is the purpose of promoting through merit?

—

Though we do believe ranks should be earned, it is our belief that clans are meant to be a place where players come together to socialize and have fun. In other words, we do not believe in "working" for our ranks as this may take away from the fun aspect of the game.

How do I obtain Admin+?

—

As an Admin to our clan, it is important that all guidelines are well known and enforced to our other members. If we feel that you have good knowledge of the clan and have strong leadership skills, you will be considered for the rank.

Council & Responsibilities

Council Benefits

The Council position is a title given to those who have achieved Admin or higher. Being a Council member will grant you access to our "Council" channels on Discord and also allow you to be a representative to the clan.

High Council

Responsible for controlling and administrating clan activity such as member inactiveness and citadel resource goals to ensure the upkeep of the clan. These ranks are also responsible for leading the clan and making sure that all rules are enforced.

Council

Responsible for maintaining the clan chat, assigning ranks/titles to our commendable members and expelling those who disobey any clan rules. These ranks also have the same duties as our Scout ranks.

General

Scout

Responsible for moderating the clan chat to ensure all rules are enforced as well as removing any guests that are misbehaving in the chat. This is also where you gain recruiting abilities.

These ranks are our newcomers to the clan; they are responsible for learning and following all clan guidelines while progressing through the ranks.

Application Process

Phase 1:

Once you have completed filling out all player info and the thirteen questions listed, your application will be reviewed and decided by a high council member.

Phase 2:

When a decision has been made, you will be notified in-game by a recruiter and they will come to you at a time best suited for you.

Phase 3:

At this point we ask that you keep your online status set to "ON" while you are waiting for a response. This will make the application process much easier for both of us.
