BRIEF WAR HISTORY
==================
(in chronological order)

After an extended wait, God Hunters finally went to war on the 17th of January. We were facing our long term allies, 'The Sands of Time'. God Hunters had an advantage not only in terms of numbers, but also in terms of strategy, the combination of which led to an overwhelming victory for us!

On the 25th of February, God Hunters took part in its first Castle Wars war for months. The last one in memory was the one versus Impious Souls/Demonic Fury, I'm sure we all remember that as a thrashing!
The story on the 25th was somewhat similar, we lost 4-1. However, the clan we faced was of an exceptional standard.
We have more wars coming up and we now have a level to aspire to. I have high hopes for our Castle Wars warring future.

The God Hunters entered into a quest to bring home the Combined Cup in the Jagex Cup competition. This competition was incredibly rewarding and reached a close with us achieving *second place*

------------ CLAN HISTORY ------------
Well, I have been neglecting this for a while, but I feel like all our new members deserve to know our rich history So, as before, here it goes...

Our clan was founded in the summer of 06' (unofficial date of June 1st) by a man named Grim Angel17. This early GH was named "The Knights of Adrounge". This name did not stick long however, and the God Hunters were born. It is within the next few months that most of todays "star" members joined, starting with Coolbud666 and Evanbarnitz, all the way to Me . These were some of the best times the clan has ever had, and I could only dream of recreating them.
If there is one thing you learn as a GH'er, it is that good things do not always last. In later 06 Grim Angel quit the clan temporarily (although he claims he went on a 1 month vacation?) and Coolbud666 took the wheel. Cool made some great changes to the clan, involving seperate combat groups along with seperate events (3-4 per day!). It was surely the most elaborate thread thusfar. However, due to lack of activity from the members, (and partially because of the war Dezzy started ((refer to the war post))) God Hunters was going downhill, and soon, six main leaders quit all at once... or so it appeared.
Beatlesfan18, Coolbud666, Majectic On3, Dezzy06, Hiplokin, and 904 Swordsman all quit that day, to go make our new 85+ clan, Exit Woundz. Everything that GH had had before, Exit Woundz had it... and more. I'm talking a website, an off-rs forum, a Jr. Clan that was 60-84, and the beggining of our elaborate event schedual today. In fact, the only thing we were missing... were members. The only members we had were ones that had come with us after we revealed we had made a new clan, or those recruited by the Jr. Clan.
By the end of 06, Exit Wounds had virtually died...

With the devastating dissapearence of Majectic, the neglect of 904, and near literally 0 member activity, action had to be taken. Although I could only get 3 of the 6 leaders approval (the others never voted), I made a drastic move...
It started when I was talking to an old clan friend, Elf Wind0. He told me about this great clan he was in, with ONE nice leader named Moorhe (). I went onto their thread, The Old Brimstone Republic, and proposed that our clans merged. After a while, it was settled, but it did not take long for the members that came with me to start complaining. You see, Moorhe's clan did not have a combat req, and old Exit Woundz members were not enjoying that...
One day, while talking to Hiplokin he brought to my attention that the old GH chatroom (unfotunatly the history filled thread is now gone) had somehow survived months of neglect! The leaders started talking on it, and eventually decided it was time to remake the God Hunters!
This happened under my leadership, and again times were good. Unfortunetly, my interest in Runescape had faded, and I quit for 3 months. In the meantime the clan was headed by Moorhe and Blade, who I can never thank enough for preserving the clan. I had missed a lot, but I came back eager to meet all the new members and become a leader once more.

Thus, the history is over, for now. I do request, that if for some reason I leave, this be posted on every God Hunters thread.

Why, hello there GH'ers!
This post, upon request, is to update the old History posts with some new information.

Before I start, let me congratulate everyone, since the end of the Histories the God Hunters has never faultered. Of course, it has had, still has, and will have bumpy roads, but we have held strong. Ever since the beginning of time there is a key system in governments of:
1) New Ideas, Newfound Excitement, and Everyone Giving It There All
2) Corruption, Going with The Flow, "Downhill"
3) Abandonment
I am proud to say that we have beat this system, this system that I have personally seen so many other clans fall too. We did this solely through teamwork, keep it up guys!
As a new era in God Hunters time began we saw the loss of several members who used to play key factors, including Coolbud and Hiplokin. Even I left for a while. While some thought this spelled doom for the God Hunters, our most loyal members fought to overcome it.
Members became leaders like Wo0tstation and Chaos * Doom. Also Council like Solzx, Spongedude05, and Gizmo Jamie all stepped up to take the places of former veterans and run the clan. Even when members like Dezzy, 904, and Myself returned they continued to do a great job in running the clan.
I remember the day I rejoined very vividly... Easter Sunday (call it irony). There was a big controversy going on about Wo0ts proposition - He wanted to make his own clan and take position of Lord Protectorate of the God Hunters. However, he made the mistake of naming it Exit Woundz.
This greatly insulted former veterans, and turned into a big argument. In the end, everything was worked out however, leaving Wo0t as our protectorate.

Believe it or not, that's it...
As stated, the clan has held up throughout all this.
(something us stubborn old leaders couldn't have done )
Makes me say I'm proud to be a God Hunter!

Since Since SINCE then.....
A lot has happened since the last history post update, alot of council have come and gone, and also come again, to many to name them all.
In 2009 God Hunters also entered the Jagex Combined Cup in stealing creation and we came 2nd, having our name glorified onto the front page.
Chaos X Doom became inactive and so N0 Way Outt took over his spot but sometime later, i can't remember the date the three leaders, Evanbarnitz, Moorhe and Chaos X Doom became inactive and all decided to step down, Velvetlotus replacing Evan, Dig1993 replacing N0 and Moorhe leaving the 3rd spot open for the two new leaders to fill.
Sometime later Velv and Dig decided to close the 3rd leader spot.
Another blow hit God Hunters when Merc, a former veteran and others members of God Hunters decided to split off and create there own clan, which God Hunters allied with and have had some good events with.
As time went on another old veteran of God Hunters created another clan and many former God Hunters left to join it.
Finally Dig1993 and most of the God Hunter Council left to join Mayfairs clan, this called for an urgent meeting by the clanmates left.
A new leader, myself Gizmo Gizzie was apointed, alongside brand new council members: Adz, Gaz, Blue Wave, Indy, Flake and Dean, alongside RD.
God Hunters are left once again to pick themselves up after a devasting blow. But what is broken can always be fixed, we as God Hunters are infamous for being on the verge of breaking to being flooded with loyal members who help to pick the broken shards up.

Well the leaders were Velvetlotus and Gizmo Gizzie, then there were some disagreements between velv and other members, why I don't know, But I do know some members left because of it(not velv). Giz and velv stayed leaders through out the disagreements, eventually appointing a third leader IndyLovesYou, shortly after In*y became leader velv decided to step down, leaving Indy and Giz.
A much needed clan update came, Jagex introduced the clan camp, and created a clan chat system. Shortly afterwards that update another update came, the clan citadel update, it was confusing at first but we managed to figure it out and got the citadel to tier 3(eventually), I enjoyed gathering resources it proved good clan spirit. The citadel managed to survive for quite a while but some people wouldn’t go to the citadel to max, as there was no way of telling if people had maxed, Giz and In*y decided that it was unfair on the others and decided to stop the running of the citadel. A while after a meeting was set up, at the meeting Giz stepped down as event leader and I took over.
Giz wasn't very active at this point and In*y was becoming less active. At one point giz hadn’t been on in over two months. In February a meeting was called, as both leaders were inactive, they decided that they were going to do something about the leader situation. As of the 1st of March 2012 4 NEW LEADERS were chosen myself(Snowver), Jhawkins/Hawkins 7, Classic Blue and Felix Drakon, as far as I know this is the first time god hunters has had 4 leaders, 4 leaders doesn’t give a decider but 4 leaders it became. With new leaders comes a new council members(usually) these were Deejay Donny, Mccollum20, Godslayer725, Rpup and Slash Monkey. With the old council members GAZ1000, Coolman51125 and CeruleanRune(wii)
Thanks to our loyal members old and new we have managed to recover from the loss of some previous members who left.

Clan Guide

In order to receive rank ups you must do the following;
Follow all of the clan rules and the clan etiquette
Make/Attend events
Attend Wars
Attend Meetings
Be active in clan
Be active on the forums(when bumping try to leave a 30minute gap)
Don not ask for a rank up
If you break the clan rules, clan etiquette and Jagex rules you risk being kicked.
If you have been kicked a few times depending on the reasoning of you being kicked the leaders and council members will decide if they think you should stay in the clan.
If you are a guess in God Hunters after being told to leave, and break the rules you will be banned.

These are the most important rules;
No scamming
Do as are told by your superiors (unless its ridiculous)
Do not Spam or advertise
Respect all members
Do not personally harm another clan member
No multi-clanning (unless its for minigames or dungeoneering)
Do not lie about being told something from a leader or council member
We are quite a relaxed clan, but we do ask that you follow our rules
