My name is Senior Guild Master Dire, and I am the founder of Monster Control Services.
Our Mission statement is to provide experienced guidance with helping members achieve 99 Slayer, we learn the tricks and trades of Slaying I.E. associated quests needed for in game masters, as well as completing tasks assigned to you by a Guild Master (Which I appoint).

NEEDED: Currently we are still in development, but we need 5 co founders who's job is similar to mine, managing the Guild and its members. Each Guild co founder will have specific special tasks as well as the major task of running the guild in my absence.

Guild Co-founder Alpha: Tasked with overseeing all things Citadel (Visitor access, Meeting resources, issuing out Guild Mascot.)
Guild Co-Founder Enforcer: Tasked with all things behavioral, essentially a moderator.
Guild Co-Founder Bishop: Tasked with creating Alliances as well as designating enemies, as well as preparing the guild for any offense or defensive wars or scuttles.
Guild Co-Founder Treasury: Tasked with appointing special Investigations internal that can be initiated only through CF:B, or acting founder. Tasked with appointing special taskings such as Recruiter, Guild Master, Combat Instructor, Quest Guide, PVM Boss rep, and so on, with acting Founders approval.
Guild CO-Founder Omega: Tasked with holding counsel meetings to decide on all things not executive, such as Change of Clan name, Clan cloak, Ally's, Enemies, Resource Cap, and special appointees. These meetings must come to a unanimous vote, or be scheduled for re-vote, only 3 attempts can be made on one topic within 90 days.

Side Note: Guild Masters are essentially Player Slayer masters assigned with overseeing members assigned to them complete tasks fitting their levels daily. 1 authorized per region. Current Founder of Monster Control Services.

Rules and Regulations
-No internal banter or unfriendly messages.
-No racial slurs or bias.
-No Scamming.
-No stealing members, or treason.
-No disobedience or arguing with cofounders or other specially appointed members.
-No disrespect
-No quid quo pro.
*Breaking any rules will be submitted to an official investigation by a co-founder, those found guilty of minor rules broke, will be issued strikes, those more severe will be banned. 3 strikes = Ban.*
Co-Founder Committee
-Meetings can be summoned by the designated Co-Founder, All Co-founders must be in attendance, if absent the Co-founder must prepare a written message to the forum or founder giving a name of a advisor to take their place and cast their vote.
-Meetings must be given a 3 day notice and planned according to everyone's real world schedule.
-Votes must reach a 4-2 to be counted as passing, in the event of a 3-3 or tie, the meeting must be rescheduled no later than 3 days post that meeting, or the tie may be broken by an executive order.
-Votes may not exceed 3 votes on a single topic in 90 days. I.E. change of the clan cloak will not be changed more than 3 times in 90 days, or attempted.
-When appointing a Co-Founder who has been removed or left or otherwise permanently absent, the committee must reach a unanimous decision on the next appointed, meeting will not be concluded until a new co-founder is appointed.
- A founder can only be replaced by permanent absence, this will not be voted on, the secession goes in order as listed in the thread of the next Co-Founder.
-Founder cannot be voted out of office. Current Founder of Monster Control Services.
