Mod Maz said that only the previous years winners have them (Wicked Fury and Titans Revolution) have it, So I'll be popping into their citadel to have a quick look and take some pictures!

Haven spoken to Mod Shauny on the discord he said the winners of the 2016 clan cup were given this avatar and he did it. - I've gone in search of these magical beings-
