So this idea came to me due to the same thing constantly happening within my CC.

*clan member gets drop*
*clan members with that person on their friends list spams gzzzz*
*people who do not have that person on their friends list asks "what happened?"*

Just like there is a broadcast of when people get 99's or drops from being on your friends list, drops/levels should also be announced if you are in the same clan as somebody. To avoid spam make it optional with a toggable setting that people can personally choose.

This would be nice, since I always congratulate clannies in the clan chat, as opposed to in private messages. And it's fun verbally cheering clannies

Also, whenever someone gets a drop or achievement, I always type it out in full--for example, "Congratulations *soandso* on 99 Level/This Item Drop!!", which not only makes it more personal, but also clues in others on the reason for cheer.
