This would be nice.. I guess? I would never consider changing my clan's name. A clan's name should be more of a legacy unlike how the current rsns change every month. Another thing is that if lets say someone decided to take the names of the old well known pvm clans (skilling/other clans included) it would completely ruin what they had left behind. IMO the name should never be changed unless its to fix typo/caps. To each his own tho.

Really, we aren't missing out on much by not having Inactive Clans' names wiped, and other updates have been taking that priority.

true, not exactly priority but its indicative of runescape in general, no real quality control over content, its just let something die, ignore it, push it under the carpet, make everything on the surface seem shiny and new. job half done lets start 100 more projects.
