Recalling an Avatar
Quick find code: 86-87-974-65757480
To recall an avatar, you need to go to the citadel to your avatar habitat and click on the Rune stone, as shown in the picture below.

It will open up an interface for you to select which avatar you'd like to recall, and yes it works even if someone has logged out with it.
It's still good for members to make it a good habit to dismiss the avatar before logging out, but it's no big deal anymore since you have to go back to the citadel either way to recall it (or summon, if dismissed) anyway.
