Likewise its a public question and people who have been in contact of such problem aswell.
Long story short i've been a owner of a clan about 3 years-ish , But due im inactivity i gave the ownership away, (BIG MISTAKE?!) idk. Now Obviously back but other kid wont give it?

Im not sad or anything just wanted to know if its somesort possible to get it back as i've heard rumors that kind of stuff.
If not all good. Guess im off to new clan :)

Assuming the new owner is active there is no way you could get ownership of the clan back without their agreement - and them actually doing it. If the owner was a long time inactive, then leadership could pass on to a deputy, so if then you could appeal to them for leadership ( I'm assuming that it is this process that you have heard rumours of).

Bottom line is - you gave the clan to someone else, and as such have no further claim on it.

There are 3 conditions under which a JMod would consider giving you the key:
1) Current owner must have not logged in for a year
2) You must be a Deputy Owner
2) You must have been active in the last week

Other than that, you are out of luck my friend. :|

is correct. The current Clan Owner is considered the owner of the clan, despite founding history. Mod MattHe | Former Community Manager, now in Events & occasional Lore Monkey
