Still broken.

Yep Combat Average Level, Total Level Average, Attack and Dungeoneering all are really messed up on clan stats page.

Update, it appears that "total xp" on the home page of any clan = Invention xp gained by the clan. Ours has gone from 0 to 1.7m since release. Clan xp on Stats page seems correct, although levels are way off. Hope this info helps!
