Our clan pays for a teamspeak server. There are 2 of us that have accepted sole responsibility BUT there is also a donation option on the server that people can donate to help out.
Our server is 7 dollars a month.
We also have a "clan bank" account that as a clan we put communal donations on and items for drop party. I have only access to this account (I made the account) . I have the responsibility to keep this account membership but other clan members have donated bonds or bought pre paid cards for clan bank and given me the code off it to put membership on the bank.
As owner of this clan these are things I WANT to do for my people. No one is asked to help although anyone helping is appreciated.
On a side note, I keep meticulous records on anyone in clan. I have purchased a file cabinet, file folders and such. I have notebooks etc used just for clan. I have disks where I have saved old info from past years about clan. Other than this the monthly spent is 17 dollars. The clan bank account, and our ts server.
The richest person is not who has the most. It is who Needs the least.
