Okay.
I am the gold key. I can recall an Avatar anytime I want. Never had any issues.

My silver and bronze star bursts, can also recall the avatars with no issues.

The silver and bronze keys - you know between the Admin and organisers, have all told me for the last month or so [I've been super busy and this isn't urgent.] that they do NOT have the ability to recall the avatars.

They can still summon them just fine.

Where do I need to look?

I can't have my lower ranks able to steal avatars from the other clan owners without them being able to take them back!

Also,, I would like to remove everyone's ability to recall on a rank level when we do have 'trolls' who try to recall. 23 200ms. Founder of Jamandy52 skilling clan. Favorite skill: Construction. Love skilling. Love minigames.

I've just had a look at the settings for this - Clan Settings / Permissions / Citadel.

You need to check the setting for all ranks and deselect the ranks that you don't want to be able to recall the avas.

I had assumed it would be 'select this as minimum rank' but it isn't. This should solve your problem :)

in settings you or owner can set up who can use the avatar rune recall feature,

keep in mind that when recalling avatars, some times you have to click on the avatar you want for it to respond back as i have noticed in my clan a few times
