Okay so i have an issue with my citadel that i don't really know how to fix.
It used to reset on sunday night at reset time, give or take 5 minutes. now it resets 15 hours give or take 5 hours after reset time. some time on monday. how do i get it back to its normal reset time?

I've never done it myself, but you can move the build tick with the Quartermaster in the keep. However, it requires for you to have met upkeep. I think you need to interact with the Quartermaster when you want the build tick to occur, it's in the right click option. Also, the citadel 7 days timer only starts once someone visits the citadel, which is why your reset time changed so much. Member of TCA

Build ticks start when the someone tries to enter the citadel after the old tick has ended. In this case, the tick is arriving 15 hours late because no one entered the citadel to start the new tick until 15 hours had gone by from when it normally resets. @Lisaa_RS - Followed by @Runescape

Look at Lisaa's reply on how this happened.

The way you can get it back to the old time is to go to the quartermaster and use the option to change the build tick time, make sure you do this at the old time you want though, otherwise you'll be back to square one. The avatars resource cap won't be reset, so that's one thing to take into consideration.
