Its completely two different levels of security, the potential consequences of both things dont even compare.
Exactly. Especially because you can recall avatars from troublesome persons or if people log.
Ideally a clan should be able to give out Avatar Wardenship to those members who cap faithfully.

I see your points, I'd changed all the permissions for Avatar Wardens that are only "admins" by the needless requirement to be one in order to summon an avatar. And removed the permission for them to kick others from clan chat, but wasn't aware they could still manipulate the clans banned list.

Just flexibility with all those options so each clan can choose what each and every rank is able to do would be the best option. Which is what the permissions rewrite will hopefully achieve.
