I think this is what's going to be happening as well, which will be nice honestly.
I don't use the clan jobs very much, except to state our Member of the Month, Ironman accounts, and Retired Leaders. Otherwise we usually use the clan jobs as jokes in the clan. For example is someone is being a troll we give them the 'troll' rank though it come off after a few days. However I do see your point Andras and think that it could prove to be beneficial to those clans who do want to be able to use the jobs like you are talking about.
Only thing to do really is hope that we get that clan work update really so we can utilize the jobs how we need to.
