So our reset time is after 8:00 GT every Monday. I was in the citadel, got the 3-minute warning to leave before reset. Lobbied like I usually do (clan owner), I do this because if I leave via the portal it usually logs me out of the game. Then logged back into a world, so this probably took me a minute and then teleported back into the citadel to reset it. We've been working on resetting it a few minutes early every week like this to get to a better time.
I was the first in the citadel and it did not count me as a visitor and it did not reset my cap. I'm still 2700/2700 and haven't capped, but if you check if I've capped it still shows what I capped on last week at reset. Never had this happen before. The clan members that came to the citadel after me however didn't have any issues, they got there's reset and counted as visits.
I reported this as a glitch already but wanted to see if this has happened to anyone else. I've tried relogging 3 times with no luck, no one else has had the problem in clan yet thankfully. I'm guessing this isn't an issue they'll be keen to fix very fast so I'll probably have to wait to cap until next Monday now?
