My clan is having trouble giving permission to Overseer rank to edit the clan login message. All permissions are enabled for that rank including to edit broadcast settings.

Does anyone have any fixes? Is it like changing the citadel tick where there is simply a minimum rank to be able to edit it?

You’re correct. Have to be a deputy or the owner to be able to adjust the login message, and it’s a non-adjustable permission. Can I turn in a paper without citing all sources?
