Nope, the clan, as a whole, is important. The clan is not made off one person.
2) Have you ever kicked a person from your clan that you considered as a personal friend?
Yes.
3) Are you able to control your anger when a member does something very wrong?
Sometimes, I have good admins to vent to when I need it.
4) Do you rank up people fast?
Not really, we have a guide on how to rank people.
5) Do you talk with members using other sites/ programmes? (aka skype, facebook etc.)
I talk with some members on Skype, Facebook, text and our offsite forums.
6) Have you ever considered quitting your clan?
Yes
7) Do you discuss clan problems with the whole clan and not only with the high ranked members?
I start by discussing with the admins and then we bring it to the attention to the clan at our weekly meetings.
8) Have you ever had a dream about your clan?
Yes.
9) Do you think your clan is the best clan in RuneScape?
No, there's always better but I thrive to make it enjoyable for everyone.
10) Does your clan stop you from playing other games?
No, this is the only game I've ever played.
11) Would you ever join a clan again as a recruit?
Doubtful.
12) Do you doubt on your abilities as clan leader from time to time?
Not entirely, but we all have the feeling that we aren't doing enough.
13) Do you attend all the events your clan has in a week?
No.
14) Do you always read the applications new members post before accepting them?
Yes.
15) Are you happy with your clan as it is now?
No, my members are extremely disappointed about EOC and a lot are quitting or no longer active.

1) What kind of events does your clan like to do?
- We do every event from skilling, to bossing, to recruitment.
2) How old is your clan and how long have you been leading it?
- Started April 1, 2012. I was appointed Deputy Owner in June and just recently took over leadership.
3) How does your clan handle ranking?
- We have a system that every member knows about.
4) Does your clan have any requirements for new members?
- 1500+ total level and cap at the citadel weekly.
5) Do you have many admin+ ranks in your clan?
- Around 10.
6) Does your clan have a clan citadel?
- Tier 6 atm
7) What updates would you like to see in the future to help run/ improve your clan?
- More lower ranks, fix the avatar issues so it's not only admin+ to summon, expand the citadel.

Today is my three year anniversary for leading my clan - I didn't remember until my members posted this on our forums.
