A site is as secure as any fraction of it. If the hacker got into one section, it means the entire site is compromised. Runehead and Runetrack both have been defaced via some vulnerability or cache poisoning and personally I'd steer away from it until I know its secure. There is no telling which page would have embedded trojans or hooks serving as keyloggers or anything malicious.
If you have visited the sites, you should scan your computer for trojans and rootkits just to be on the safe side.

A Citadel VECUS containing
1/ Clan weapons & Armour Store ~ ability to hold 50 items x5 same as existing lending but better .
2/ Tents Market stalls Animal pens around outside of citadel
Each stall linked to a Stall That gives the Best 3 players xp gains in that skill that week
3/ A WHITE ELEPHANT Stall for clan members to leave junk items they have no use for that might be useful to others.
This could be free give and take or on credit or barter = trade value .
4/ Why do passive clans have Guards Can we have cocktail waiters and a buffet .
