Hello guys. I have just got permission to see the Clan Leader forums.
I'm the Owner of Way of War. We used to be a Waring clan but some events that happen several month ago changed us into a Ftp and Ptp Community Clan.
So to start things off I will answer the Clan leader Questions to get to know me.

I finished physical therapy for my hip flexer today. I injured it about seven weeks ago while running.
I'm sad that I'm finishing therapy; My therapists were amazing professionals and friends, and I learned so much about my body. Though this injury was a misfortune, I'm so glad I suffered it because I've gained so much more in knowledge!
Odd how that happens.
Anywho, that's my story for today.

Welcome back! (even though for a little while).
Physical therapies are awesome, I got what they call in Mexico "Pata de Ganso" or Goose's foot, on my knee. Basically my tendons got really swollen (its some type of tendinitis). The massages I had on the knee were great, and they taught me how to do some stretches, just awesome! I still have a bit of it at times though
, but at least I get those massages at times when it really hurts.
