They actually take me a lot less time than people think
If you check my Twitter page, you should see a pinned tweet that says I'm making these for free for people. No need to hate to ask

Lisaa, if you have spare time can you redo mine? I've changed outfits, and forgot to take a picture beforehand. If you would prefer to do other's instead, that's fine - because you have already done one of me, and it really is amazing.

How on earth do you make me (and anyone, really) look so badass?
-Edit
Just out of interest, can these be done in colour, or only B&W? Don't get me wrong though, they look good even in B&W.

Out of all the options for the editing software I'm using, that particular style of Black & White looks best when used with the 3D Adventurer's Log model. I can theoretically do it in full color, but things get shaded too much and/or cut out from color similarities.
I recently tried a different piece of software, and got this as the result:

It looks a lot less "badass" to me and more of the cartoon theme I was initially going for, but I'm not going to discontinue the versions like what I made for you guys, because they've been very popular with people.

Ok, yeah, the B&W do look a lot nicer I would say.
