I have a quick question that I don't think is "threadworthy."
One of my clan members who gained 38m XP last month is no longer listed on the high scores.
Is it a safe bet that this person has been banned? (I'm very cautious when it comes to kicking people and want to be 100% sure that my reasoning is justified.)

I would think so Sicariu, since F2P are on Hiscores now. I can't confirm if they were banned but I think it's safe to say they probably were. No other reason to just disappear off the Hiscores otherwise.

Either banned, or wiped from the Highscores due to inactivity. When F2P if you go inactive for six(?) months your Account is removed from the Highscore listings, until it logs in again.
But since you said the time span was a month, most likely a ban.
I couldn't remember how long someone stayed on the high scores while F2P.
I'm working on getting an early start for Activity Checks in my clan, and that person disappearing from the Highscores in such a short time span just set off a red flag for me.
