Logged in today to find the owner I assigned last week had deleted my clan, this means it lost hundreds of members and a tier 7 fully furnished citadel, but it is not all lost.

The True Empire luckily held an fc called True Empire which I still own and maintain, and when the rogue owner deleted everything, a great amount of members fled to the fc! I logged in and was greeted and immediately gave everyone in the fc a smiley rank.

I've heard that previous deputy in True Empire has asked Jagex to restore our clan and citadel to tier 7 today, but I know there's no chance for that. So I reserved a new chat name for the members to do what they wish with, with our previous name. Its a good start for a rebuild at least.

I'm far too busy irl for all of this. But you can imagine how infuriated I was this morning to learn my clan had taken such a hard hit.

Anyways, long live TE.

Anyone else struggle to log in at about 12.00 - 1.00 am game time?
(about the time I'm posting this).

I'd love to relog but I can't because doing anything I get disconnected then get "Our systems are currently unavailable please try again in a few minutes"

Every day, without fail. I have to either fail to relog and wait until I get on later that day, or wait for ages to get back on. This has happened in 2 different places with 2 different service providers - so I know it's not my ISP.

(My geographical location is UK, England)

-Update-
Can now get into the lobby as of about 10 minutes ago, however same error message trying to get into a world. I just cannot connect. Still. However, getting from the login screen to the lobby takes a while of loading. Much longer than normal - my internet is good (30 Mbps download) and stable.

-Update 2-
Can no longer get to the lobby. This is the worst it's ever been (length wise).

Finally in.

-Update 4-
Stuck in the lobby again after trying to hop out of the citadel after getting the avatar.

Hello, everyone,
My name is Seetigermage. I am the Deputy that SofaKing so speaks of.
I didn't know that he posted in this forum; I merely assumed that he had gotten on to help relief efforts. I was the right hand man to both the new leader and SofaKing; I am one of the original founders of the clan.
When I found out that my work had been destroyed, I was near tears. When you put about four years of work into something you dedicate yourself to, it breaks the spirit. As SofaKing said, we're running relief efforts in a guest chat that I am able to run, but it is just not enough. As SofaKing said, I asked for a request to get what we had spent about four years creating, and I hope to Seren that Jagex helps in some way, shape or form.
