I guess I can answer the questions since Misty didn't.
1) How did you first find out about clans and how did you become involved with your current clan?
I've known about clans and been involved with clans for a long time. They're an important part of the game for a lot of players. I was previously a co-leader of a small/medium sized clan for about 3 years and I also run a small PvP friends chat (despite the fact that I'm incredibly bad at PKing)
I became involved with my current clan in the very beginning stages of its formation. I heard about Miss Misty’s plans to form a clan from one of my friends and I agreed to join in and help out. A decision that I am glad I made.

2) Do you doubt on your abilities from time to time?
Of course. I think everyone does. Unlike a lot of clan leaders, I tend to be rather quiet and not particularly sociable. Although, I think that is down to my personality, rather than my (lack of) abilities.

3) Are you able to control your anger when a member does something very wrong?
Yes. I rarely ever get angry. Normally I’m very calm and relaxed about most things. This has definitely been useful in the past when faced with clan arguments or disputes.

5) Would you ever join a clan again as a recruit?
I can’t imagine leaving my current clan anytime soon. But if I did I would probably consider joining a clan and starting at the bottom. It’s possible to make an impact on a clan even from the lowest ranks.

6) Do you talk with members using other sites/programmes (aka skype, facebook, etc.)
I use Twitter very occasionally. But being the mysterious and untalkative person that I am, keeping up with all the various chat in game is usually more than enough for me.

7) What are your clans requirements for new members?
We suggest that our members are all P2P, so that they can fully engage with the clan and participate in our events. Other than that we have no strict requirements, although ideally we like to find out a little bit about someone before they join so that we can be sure that our clan will be a good match for them.

8) How does your clan handle ranking?
It is points based. Points can be gained in a variety of ways - attending events, bumping thread, xp gained in clan etc.

9) What kind of events does your clan like to do?
Currently we have monthly skilling competitions and weekly penguin tours along with some spontaneous dungeoneering or boss hunting throughout the week.

I first found out when clan chats weren't around and I was roaming varrock town and the Kingdom of Varrock clan guards were there, I asked what it was and joined from there.

Not going to lie, confidence is key etc but I am a MASSIVE self doubter but I have wonderful friends and support in te leadership team which always makes it a success. Lucine's help on leadership styles and skills made me more confident too.

100%. To be honest it only escalates if you don't. Private word and dealt with discretely is the best way, however it does upset me if a clan mate is hurt by something.

Yes but I can't remember it now
5) Would you ever join a clan again as a recruit?
I would like to see Serene Souls grow to be a big community clan and stick with it for a few years but who knows what the future holds. I wouldn't discount the idea entirely.

Loooooads using Twitter, a few on Skype and occasionally on Facebook and team speak.

Preferably P2P but that's it

Points system up to admin then ranks above signify role in clan. Points can be wasn't through XP capping bumping recruiting events all sorts.

PENGUINS! But also monthly skilling competitions, social capping with competitions, bossing etc.

Tier 4, working on cosmetics until we get 20 regular visitors without hassle
