We keep a database on clanmates, but it is very time intensive keeping up with ranks, inputting when they left and joined. But it does give us that information.

Don't stress, that's the first thing you should do. Capitilise on the situation and assess what you have remaining - maybe reshuffle if necessary. This character has been poor since his creation in June 2005.
