Hello everyone, I'm new to the Clan Forum although I've been a leader now for 4 years I had no idea there was a separate forum for us.

1) How did you first find out about clans and how did you become involved with your current clan?
-I met someone who was a clan leader. A lot of people started spending time in my FC (there were no CC's at the time) and someone said "Hey let's make a clan in Jane's FC" lol. So Lil Monsters was born.

2) Do you doubt on your abilities as clan leader from time to time?
-Not really, I have a lot of wonderful Founders who pitch in as much as I do sometimes maybe even more & really good clanmates.

3) Are you able to control your anger when a member does something very wrong?
-I think I do pretty well, we haven't had too many incidents in our CC, we consider ourselves a drama free Clan, more like a large family.

4) Have you ever had a dream about your clan?
-Yes that some day we'll be able to get Tier 7 at the Citadel lol. Other than that yes a lot of PVM dreams like the first time they took me to Bandos when he use to be fierce & KK.

5) Would you ever join a clan again as a recruit?
-Not sure, would have to be in the situation where I didn't have this clan to make such a decision.

6) Do you talk with members using other sites/programmes (aka skype, facebook, etc.)
-I have talked to Founders of my clan, I've become more the RS Mom of our Clan. We have skyped bossing & we're currently using TS. Founders have other ways in case we need to communicate too.

7) What are your clans requirements for new members?
-To be helpful & considerate to everyone in & out of the clan & complete resources.

8) How does your clan handle ranking?
-We threw it out & use it for Founders, CC Mods, Ava Wardens, wks in clan doing recources consecutively.

9) What kind of events does your clan like to do?
-PVM, skilling, minigames, citadel parties, gather for each others 99's.

10) Does your clan have a clan citadel? (If so, what tier?)
-Yes. Tier 6.

Le Tour de France is in Cambridge tomorrow, if I recall correctly JaGex is located in Cambridge, I do hope the mods go to see them ride-by (1Million people were road-side on the first leg) Would be interesting if the route went past JaGex HQ :P Owner of
