New here as well, representing Triumvirate (Trium) along with EFK :)

1) How did you first find out about clans and how did you become involved with your current clan?

Got introduced to clans from day #1 I guess since I've always been in either an fc or lurking in some cc here and there. Got involved in my current clan from a jagex funded community called Triumvirate made up of three factions (hence the name) and competed against each other in various events both in-game and on the forums. This was four years ago now we are unified as one clan and the players are the ones running Trium.

2) Do you doubt on your abilities as clan leader from time to time?

No one is perfect and I have to admit that I look back on some decisions I've made in the past. Do I regret them? No - since they were all valuable experiences that have helped me in future situations.

3) Are you able to control your anger when a member does something very wrong?

Yes, losing your calm in a heated dispute just escalates it causing harmful consequences which can affect your relationship with a clan member in the long term.

4) Have you ever had a dream about your clan?

I've had this one dream were tea was the only beverage that was available to the clan but that's a story for another time :p

5) Would you ever join a clan again as a recruit?

Definitely, as a long term clan member seeing new clannies always fascinated me. One minute they are complete strangers and in a few days you're suddenly long term friends. Trium is a strange place and that's just how I like it :)

6) Do you talk with members using other sites/programmes (aka skype, facebook, etc.)

Chat with clan members on skype quite often.

7) What are your clans requirements for new members?

None at all, new members are only required to join the clan and that's it.

8) How does your clan handle ranking?

Ranks are earned through participation in events both in-game and on the forums and capping within the citadel. Admin+ ranks are given out by the higher ups in the clan.

9) What kind of events does your clan like to do?

Events aren't fixed and can be hosted spontaneously although these seem to be mainly bossing as of late but we also host skilling events, were we just socialize with each other, quite often

10) Does your clan have a clan citadel? (If so, what tier?)

We have a Tier-7 Citadel
