Ecologic, if it is a requirement and they don't fulfill it, try a demotion or two. The simple fact is, you can't force them, so demote or remove, or change the rule. It is always a challenge.

Woah we can post youtube links now? My how times after 2009 have changed not only game but also forum.

I thought it was risky that time Tehnoobshow mentioned that website on a post for some gathering. Was actually expecting his demise shortly after but he was welcomed with open arms.
