It is currently 59 degrees F here. I am one of the few Floridians with short sleeve shirt on atm. It's pretty sad when a Florida local is walking around without a jacket on while all the snow birds who should be used to this weather are bundled up crying about how cold it is...

I'm a bundled up Floridian. Is it sad that I own gloves & all? The snowbirds here are wearing shorts on the beach. Some evn go in the water and I get cold just looking at them. O_o

Turns out it wasn't all that cold outside where I am :) . Recently though, it's been sub-freezing one day and then bearable the next, so it could just be a fluke today haha!

The snow has finished falling, so I decided to venture outside today:

-I was waist-deep in snow in some of the smaller snow drifts
-Snow was over my boots where there weren't any drifts
-My glasses fogged up when I held my breath
-My eyes teared up due to the wind, then the tears froze on my face!
-I witnessed icicles the size of swords on my garage
-Ice was forming inside my nose.
-My coat that's advertised as "Safe at -40°F" was no match for the cross between wind and temperature.
-I saw construction excavators trying to plow the streets.
