nope! i had originally created the clan having no intention of it going over 10 people
2) Have you ever kicked a person from your clan that you considered as a personal friend?

sadly, yes. People change over time, and sometimes for the worse.
3) Are you able to control your anger when a member does something very wrong?

my clan is friends/friends-of-friends invite only, so this very rarely happens. (although it has 2 times, they were easily resolved).
4) Do you rank up people fast?

yep! our clan ranks are based off xp gained in the clan. EG: admin is at 20m xp, as coordinator is 100m. (keys are not xp-based) This is mainly to ensure everyone can easily obtain access to the avatars.
5) Do you talk with members using other sites/ programmes? (aka skype, facebook etc.)

i've always been a bit of a wimp when it comes to adding people on personal things. That being said, i do have 2 added on skype, a few i text, and i've even gotten to stop by and meet a few of them a several thousands of miles away from home on my vacation last year! (it was a bit...well,
AWKWARD
).
6) Have you ever considered quitting your clan?

7) Do you discuss clan problems with the whole clan and not only with the high ranked members?

we discuss inactives being kicked during peak times in the clan when there can be many opinions, there's really not any clan problems though
