So my clan is broken up into several subclans, one for each aspect of the game; PVP, PVM, Skilling, and Social.
Each subclan has a person incharge, and a second in command.

Recently I've had my PVP leader take a month long vacation, during which time his Second in command left.

I had to demote my skilling subclan's leader because he was inactive, and the guy who I put in his place just left tonight.

And my PVM subclan recently had it's leader leave, with it's second in commander on the verge of demotion for inactivity.

The only subclan working even remotely in the realm of effectiveness is my Social subclan, which handles our alliances, and it doesn't even have a second in command. However the section leader is very capable.

I'd say I have my hands full, what say the rest of you? =P

You need some comfort food! Chocolate is a good one. While my clan isn't divided like that, I have been looking at possible demotions for inactive higher ranks. That sounds depressing ryan. Hope you can find suitable replacements for them all soon.

My clan is much more active then it was a month ago. Quite simply because we changed where and how we recruit. Before we recruited in w3, but realised the majority of the people in that world won't benefit the clan, and either go inactive/leave soon after joining so we've switched to recruiting purely in our home-worlds. with everyone we've invited since that change none have left after 2 weeks. Currently I'm doing an inactive sweep, then will be expanding my admin team once more, to cope with the increased numbers constantly online.

Perhaps, you should tweak and readjust certain layouts of your clan's philosophies, event organizing or whatever it might be to try something "new" overall. What that new factor is going to primarily depend on will be the kinds of people who you are working with and what their strong attributes are.

Sometimes it's best to adapt to change and try a different approach. :)

That and Katy Perry ,strange tastes for a young man I think . Obviously your young getting nostalgic for something that is barely old.
