I saw this on the first page and thought this would be a good way to start out, since I am new.

1) Do you see yourself as the most important person of the clan?
No, I am working member like everyone else. I just have the responsibility to make sure the clan stays on track with its stated goals.

2) Have you ever kicked a person from your clan that you considered as a personal friend?
No, but have had discussions with people I considered friends that hurt me very much and ended up with them leaving.

3) Are you able to control your anger when a member does something very wrong?
Yes.

4) Do you rank up people fast?
It depends on the rank. There are no requirements to join our clan. We are a social clan. But rank depends on participation and motivation, all based on clan loyalty and spirit. Admin rank can take a year or more because of the controls they have.

5) Do you talk with members using other sites/ programmes? (aka skype, facebook etc.)
Skype

6) Have you ever considered quitting your clan?
No. This is the first clan I ever joined and I have been with it since then.

7) Do you discuss clan problems with the whole clan and not only with the high ranked members?
Yes, and if the issue has already been decided, then a thread is put up on our clan forums regarding the issue and decision and all clanmates are welcome to comment or ask the High Council members about.

8) Have you ever had a dream about your clan?
Yes, and skilling, especially when trying to reach a goal I’ve set for myself.

9) Do you think your clan is the best clan in RuneScape?
I think my clan offers an alternative to other clans. Each person is an individual and as a whole, each person will find the one they are happy with.

10) Does your clan stop you from playing other games?
I only play RuneScape, so it doesn’t apply to me.

11) Would you ever join a clan again as a recruit?

Tell us about your clan!

1) What kind of events does your clan like to do?
We do a little bit of everything, from Pest Control to PVM. It depends on what the clan feels like doing. We have folks with all interests.

2) How old is your clan and how long have you been leading it?
It began in 2008 with Shinyang Yin the clan Empire of Britannia. It then passed down to several different leaders with names changes of ShadowBlades and ShadowBladez. Then in March 2011, Chester 11492 established Blue Phoenix and in April 2013 I became the leader. All of the clan leaders from back in 2008 are still in our clan today. I have been with Blue Phoenix over two years now.

3) How does your clan handle ranking?
As I stated above: It depends on the rank. There are no requirements to join our clan. We are a social clan. But rank depends on participation and motivation, all based on clan loyalty and spirit. Admin rank can take a year or more because of the controls they have. We have databases for event attendance and keep an active check on capping and monitor clan chat for activity.

4) Does your clan have any requirements for new members?
They must read our code of conduct and agree to follow it.

5) Do you have many admin+ ranks in your clan?
At this point, yes, and some have become inactive. I am mulling that over now.

6) Does your clan have a clan citadel?
Yes, at Tier 6 at present and 73% of the way to Tier 7.

7) What updates would you like to see in the future to help run/ improve your clan?
- The ability to lock threads on our clan forums
- The ability to see who has capped and who has not at the citadel, regardless of world or online/offline
- The ability to temporarily mute someone in the clan
- Have the clan stats straightened out so they truly reflect the 99s in the clan and maxed members

I guess it's time I introduced myself. I only became clan owner a few weeks ago so I've been getting people used to the change.

1) Do you see yourself as the most important person of the clan?

No, I only see myself as the guide and policy maker, the clan members are more important.

2) Have you ever kicked a person from your clan that you considered as a personal friend?

I haven't had to yet, and I hope never to have to.

3) Are you able to control your anger when a member does something very wrong?

Yes, but I tend to let another leader deal with the problem to keep things peaceful.

4) Do you rank up people fast?

Very rarely, I do reserve the right to do emergency\critical need promotions.

5) Do you talk with members using other sites/ programmes? (aka skype, facebook etc.)

No, while it might be allowed very few of us have the time or money for some of it.

6) Have you ever considered quitting your clan?

No.

7) Do you discuss clan problems with the whole clan and not only with the high ranked members?

It depends on the problem. Sometimes the whole clan and sometimes just leaders.

8) Have you ever had a dream about your clan?

Not yet, but you never know.

9) Do you think your clan is the best clan in RuneScape?

I would like to think so but I'm sure there are other good clans out there.

10) Does your clan stop you from playing other games?

No.

11) Would you ever join a clan again as a recruit?

Yes, but I was never a recruit in the clan :P

12) Do you doubt on your abilities as clan leader from time to time?

Yes, any leader who doesn't have doubts isn't a good leader in my book.

13) Do you attend all the events your clan has in a week?

We have very few events, something I'm trying to fix.

14) Do you always read the applications new members post before accepting them?

No, we never have had applications to join.

15) Are you happy with your clan as it is now?

Yes, but that doesn't mean I won't keep trying to make it better.

I never know what they want to do, it depends on the month, week, day, hour, and sometimes even minute.

2) How old is your clan and how long have you been leading it?

The clan has been around more then 2 years, I've only been leading it for a few weeks.

3) How does your clan handle ranking?

Mostly it's when a leader feels that someone is ready for more responsibility and has shown that they are a team player.

4) Does your clan have any requirements for new members?

Yes, new members start at recruit for a week then are moved to Corporal until they have capped for 3 weeks solid before getting Sergeant. After that it's all based on merit and what the leaders think.

5) Do you have many admin+ ranks in your clan?

Yes, over 10% of the clan is admin or higher due what the members of my clan want which is a leader on most of the time and someone who can bring out the avatar usually.

6) Does your clan have a clan citadel?

Yes, we are at tier 7 with all upgrades done and the look of the citadel the way we like it. We are proud to say that we will have been this way for a year soon.

7) What updates would you like to see in the future to help run/ improve your clan?

I would love to see an admin log right off the bat, but we could also use a redesign of the tier 7 kiln (no more conveyer belt in the middle), clan chat in both Runescape proper and Old School Runescape, the ability to plant the avatar so it doesn't run off, more flexibility with rank permissions, and a clan forum that doesn't self prune every week or so. I would prefer a thread limit of 60 total threads, 50 normal plus 10 sticky threads to encourage people to use it.
