hmmm wonder how many we are going to lose when alpha comes along. We took a bad hit when eoc went live and a lot of that was it was too much change. People came on to relax when they played and learning a new system that they didn't overly like went into the no thanks basket. We are not just left with those that like change, many hung in there for the sake of the game they loved and social contact, will another massive change so soon be another nail in the coffin? Not meaning to be a party popper but already I am hearing the mumblings that preceded eoc and as clan leaders we may have to prepare for another members hit. (sorry too serious for the lounge I know)

Maybe we as Clan Leaders should organise within our clans an 'event' to get people adjusted to the new interfaces (by providing information or live demonstration ingame) so they don't get confused on the first time they log in. :o? This character has been poor since his creation in June 2005.

Why don't we get a thread started to discuss alpha and what we as clan leaders expect and how we will handle it? Then we can have our discussion and also have our relaxing area. I would start it but I know nothing about alpha.

That's a good idea fail but we would have to get used to it first lol.

EDIT: A thread would be good but how many of us are actually using the Alpha? I didn't sign up for it as I thought it was a sign up for the beta and I know my computer cannot use rs 3. :)

Well, I got given access to it yesterday, and I fell in love with it instantly. ^_^

So maybe a thread from us at CLF about what we want with the NIS would be good, however we don't have any access to the clan settings on NIS Alpha at the moment. :S

If you're unsure if you can access it or not input 'world201.runescape.com' into the address bar and try signing in, if you can; You have access to the NIS Alpha. :P This character has been poor since his creation in June 2005.

I don't think that RS3 will cause the loss of members EOC did, if anything with 2 new skills we will see a potential increase..... also remember players will still be able to play via the old interface on the downloadable client even after RS3 goes live.
