Clan Leader Questions

Hello, I am Ceecs and im new around on the clan leader board. i got my own clan for dutch speaking, kinda citadel based but we also do weekly a boss.
1) Do you see yourself as the most important person of the clan?
I am defintly important in my clan but i couldnt do all without some people supporintg me as a leader.
2) Have you ever kicked a person from your clan that you considered as a personal friend?
Yes, such a shame it was
3) Are you able to control your anger when a member does something very wrong?
I think so
4) Do you rank up people fast?
We have a strict ranking system based on resources gathered in citadel.
5) Do you talk with members using other sites/ programmes? (aka skype, facebook etc.)
Yes, we use irc & teamspeak. We also got a skypegroup and our own forum.
6) Have you ever considered quitting your clan?
I was 100% sure when I made a clan so I dont think quiting it as long as I play Runescape.
7) Do you discuss clan problems with the whole clan and not only with the high ranked members?
We sometimes do, but high ranked members know it earlier of course.
8) Have you ever had a dream about your clan?
Me on the back of the clan dragon flying over my t7 citadel! So cool
9) Do you think your clan is the best clan in RuneScape?
With so many good clans around that is a hard job! But I do anything in my power to achieve it!
10) Does your clan stop you from playing other games?
Who playes other games, when you got Runescape?
11) Would you ever join a clan again as a recruit?
Only if I have no other choise
12) Do you doubt on your abilities as clan leader from time to time?
Sometimes I do, but i never let it notice.
13) Do you attend all the events your clan has in a week?
I try to go to all the events my clan host.
14) Do you always read the applications new members post before accepting them?
We try to see if people fit in ofc + im happy in my clan
