When your citadel is dilapidated, the avatar cannot be used, but the habitat is till there until you get the citadel back to working order. This has happened to me before. This character has been poor since his creation in June 2005.

Thanks grammar , thats what I thought, but I still had some doubts. Hopefully my friend is going to fix his clan problem.

Nighty night all! And yes, it does seem more activity! I've been talking to some older CLF's friends and they are talking about coming back, so I look forward to seeing old faces back soon!
